New 1.1.1.1 + WARP app changes

Notable changes:
- Fixed an issue where admins had to add cloudflare-dns.com to the firewall exception list
- Delivered additional bug fixes, connectivity improvements, and increased stability

Note: Zero Trust features for use with Cloudflare One services will be removed from the 1.1.1.1 + WARP app in the future. If you use Zero Trust features, please migrate to the Cloudflare One Agent soon.
